Tim Hortons Coffee Shop in Surrey, BC – Fresh Coffee, Cinnamon Buns & Friendly Service

Really appreciate the patient person at the drive thru that helped me choose some new products and it was all sooo yummy, it was like every time I went back to that chipotle lime wrap or lactose free biscoff ice capp it seemed like a surprisingly special treat although the ice capp did end up being toxic for the stomach the biscoff croissant was special too

I love coming to this Tim hortons drive thru because I know I’ll get my order very quick. It’s a great feeling not having to stress about being late for work because of how efficient the whole team is

Stopped in here with a buddy while doing a Tynehead walk. Food and coffee was good. The woman working the till was super friendly and it was nice. The cell signal in there is weak but she helped advise me where to stand so I could run my Tims app. We grabbed a seat and she even went out of her way to let me know they put my order up to grab (wasn’t her station). Been in here a few times now while at the park and never had a bad experience. Atmosphere… it’s a gas station so you can’t expect much. But nice to take a load off for a few mins - if management is reading this, please keep the seating. I’ll be back. Cheers!

I recently visited Tim Hortons, and I must say, I was truly impressed by the excellent service. From the moment I walked in, SALMAN greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. He was quick, efficient, and got my order just right—even during a busy time. The place was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. My coffee was fresh, and the food was hot and delicious. I appreciate how the team kept the line moving without making anyone feel rushed. A special shoutout to the staff for maintaining such a high standard of customer care. It really made my visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

I would like to appreciate the excellent service provided by one of the team members at Tim Hortons. He is always polite, hardworking, and very professional. He greets customers with a smile and makes sure every order is prepared quickly and correctly. I have never seen a boy work with such kindness and respect. He does his job so nicely, in a way that really stands out.

When our local Tim's got shut down due to Sky Train construction, we started going to this location instead. At first I was slightly offset by this inconvenient shift in my routine, but slowly I've come to sincerely enjoy coming to this Tim's location. Even when it's VERY BUSY, The staff is friendly, accommodating, and efficient. When I arrive at the drive-through, most days I'm greeted by Catherine. After ordering an item, she'll respond with her iconic, "Okay! And?" - making sure to quickly receive each item in the order. This keeps things moving efficiently but simultaneously creates space for the customer to feel taken care of. I never feel rushed while ordering at this location. Everyone seems to be on top of it, everything moves incredibly fast, even on days when it's filled to the brim with customers.

Thanks for making my drink always right, there was this girl who took my order on front counter day before yesterday when i visited, her communication and engagement of conversation was very impressive her name was Arpamdeep. She made my day. I asked her for instore survey she said we dont carry any so i wrote this and give it to her. I hope manager appreciates for her work.
